Our Process — How We Build and Run Websites for Nottingham Businesses

Every build opens with a discovery conversation about your business, your customers, and the competitors you are measured against. What comes out of it shapes the design and the development that follow. You approve the visual direction before anyone writes a line of code, and you see the site on a staging URL before it goes anywhere near your domain.
The Projects We Take On
Most of our work is brochure sites and ecommerce builds for small and mid-sized businesses, from sole traders through to established companies. Projects start at £4,500 for a custom site of up to ten pages, and most run four to eight weeks from discovery to launch. Larger builds and custom functionality take longer. We agree the timeline before we start, not after.
We work across the city and the towns around it, including Arnold, Beeston, and West Bridgford. Every site is built on our own content management system rather than WordPress, so there are no plugin conflicts to manage and no theme to work around.

How the Local Part Works
We are based in Linby, about fifteen minutes north of the city centre, so kick-offs, design reviews and strategy sessions can happen face to face instead of over a call. Most clients take that up at least twice during a build: once at discovery, once when the designs are ready to sign off.
Being close by also means we know which directories and platforms carry weight locally, so we can pair the build with local SEO where getting found matters as much as the site itself. Costs are set out before we start. There are no hidden fees and no surprise invoices.
We also offer SEO in Nottingham and managed IT support in Nottingham, so the website, the ranking, and the technology behind them sit with one team.

Every site we build runs on our proprietary CMS. Block-based page builder, built-in SEO suite, analytics, CRM, booking system, and social media scheduling - all included, all managed by our local team.
