The Challenge

Peak Dinghy are specialists in dinghy sailing - kit and fittings on one side, boat and sail repair work on the other. Their customers are sailors who know exactly what they are looking for, often down to the class of boat.

They needed a site that carried both halves of the business without burying either, and that spoke to people searching for a specific class rather than for sailing in general. They also wanted an honest read on where their marketing effort was going and whether it was landing.

What We Delivered

A New Website

A site built and hosted on our own platform, presenting the products and the repair side of the business as equals rather than one as a footnote.

Repairs and Class Pages

Dedicated pages for boat repairs and sail repairs, plus pages for individual classes so sailors searching for their own boat land somewhere relevant.

Digital Marketing Audit

A review of where the business stood online and where marketing effort was worth spending, delivered as a written audit rather than a retainer pitch.

Hosting and Support

Ongoing hosting and support on our infrastructure, with a blog the team can post to without needing us.

The Result

Peak Dinghy now have a site that reflects what they actually do. The repair services sit alongside the kit instead of behind it, and the class pages give sailors searching for a specific boat somewhere to land.

The audit gave them something separate and just as useful: a clear view of where they stood online, so marketing decisions could be made on evidence rather than instinct.
