The Challenge
The Valet Man has been run by the same family from a fixed unit on Old Mill Lane Industrial Estate since 1999. We built their first website in 2021. Five years later they came back for a second one, and the reason was straightforward: the business had outgrown the original.
What started as car cleaning and valeting had grown into restoration work - paintwork, wheels, ceramic coating, dry ice cleaning - alongside a trade side serving other businesses. The first site had been built around valeting. It had no room for a service range that had roughly doubled, and no easy way for the team to keep adding to it.

The Result
The Valet Man now has a site that matches the business as it actually is. There is a clear ladder from a quick wash and vac up to ceramic coating and restoration, a trade section for commercial customers, and pricing from £35 so people know where they stand before they call.
The clearest measure is that they came back. A client who took their first website from us in 2021 returned five years later for a second, and stayed with us for hosting, email and search work in between.
